This
long-awaited trip to Peru was a great success.
We began in Cusco with a Country Walkers group
led by our personable local expert guides Eddie Pizarro
and Fredy Delgado and focused on all things Inca
in the high Andes. We then flew to Arequipa and
watched Condors in the Colca Canyon with our
guide and bird expert Raul Collazos. Next, traveling
by small plane and motorized dug-out, we enjoyed
jungle flora and fauna with our guide and zoologist,
Enrique Castillo. Our final two days were spent
in Lima where the highlight was visiting the
family of our great friend José Antonio.
